Property Identity
Building brand experiences that feel like home.
Property Identity began as a consulting studio helping property owners transform their luxury vacation homes into distinctive hospitality brands. The work combined strategy, design, and guest experience — crafting everything from visual identity and brand story to interior direction and operational flow.
Each project focused on creating a sense of belonging that elevated both the property and the guest experience.
Callo
A marketplace for craftsmanship and connection.
Callo was created as a marketplace and design brand celebrating handcrafted and sustainable jewelry. It brought together independent makers alongside in-house designs, curating a collection that valued artistry, intention, and authenticity. Built around the idea that beauty is most meaningful when it’s personal, Callo explored how craft, story, and community can elevate everyday design into a form of self-expression.
